Direct Giving Program

You may want to consider joining our Direct Giving Program, an easy and efficient way to support the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing. This convenient program allows you to make a regular monthly donation through a debit from your bank account or a monthly credit card payment. Click on the links below to download our Direct Giving Program form. Complete it and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form. Please allow up to ten days after receipt of all necessary information for your enrollment to be completed. Your transaction will be processed within four weeks of enrollment. Please complete all sections and choose either the bank debit or credit card payment options.
