Sheryl Sandberg, COO, Facebook, is the co-author of Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy. Following the death of her husband, she has publicly shared her personal, painful experience with grief and has launched a web-based initiative (OptionB.org) to provide a space for individuals experiencing grief and trauma, and to inform and link them with available resources.
