Starting June 25th, the Wendt Center will launch a new therapy group targeting current and former Federal workers, as well as others affected by the recent changes at the Federal level, who are experiencing grief, trauma, or a loss of identity.
This weekly group will address the emotional impact of rapid change, explore grief and trauma responses, and help participants build emotional resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
This group is being offered at no cost to attendees and will be supported by community donation.
As this is a pilot group, we’re not sure how many applications we will receive. We plan to enroll approximately 12 people into the group. Once you have submitted your request, we will assess people via phone on a first-come-first-served basis. We will maintain a list of those who have applied so that we can contact you in the event that a slot becomes available. We appreciate your patience in advance!
