April 2026 Workshop

Grieving Parents and Caregivers

The Wendt Center for Loss and Healing is offering two workshops in April for grieving parents and caregivers.

Grieving can be especially difficult when you’re parenting or caregiving, and caregiving can be difficult when you’re experiencing grief.

Participants in our workshops will:

  • Learn coping strategies
  • Engage in an expressive art activity
  • Share in a safe space
  • Connect with other caregivers
