Faye McCray
Faye is a strategic communications executive with 15+ years of experience leading narrative strategy, brand development, and stakeholder engagement across media, philanthropy, government, and mission-driven businesses. She is known for translating complex ideas into actionable messaging that drives growth, deepening audience connection, and advancing equity. A TEDx speaker, Aspen Ideas Fellow, and recognized thought leader featured on Fox, NBC, and SXSW, we are excited about her track record of designing high-impact campaigns, guiding organizational change, and building trusted brands across sectors.
Anne Howard, LICSW
Anne joins us as an accomplished clinical social worker and private practice therapist with extensive experience supporting adults through grief, loss, and life transitions. She is skilled in treating mood disorders as well as in trauma recovery, with additional subspecialty in treating first-time therapy clients. We laud her commitment to promoting accessible, person-centered, and holistic approaches to mental health and healing.
Michelle Johnston-Fleece, MPH
Michelle has 20+ years of experience as a mission-driven public health leader advancing innovation and patient-centered healthcare through community engagement in healthcare policy and delivery. She is recognized for launching inaugural programs in high-profile national organizations and leading the design and execution of large-scale engagement strategies that systematically integrate community perspectives into organizational decision-making. She forges strategic partnerships across sectors; translates research, data, and community insights into actionable strategy and policy, and leads transformative initiatives that improve health outcomes. We welcome her dedication to reimagining systems, advancing equity, and creating lasting impact across communities.
Meredith G. Miller
Meredith brings a strong history of strategic thinking, complex legal analysis, and people and project management gained over 30+ years of experience as an attorney. She has a lengthy history of community involvement and volunteerism, throughout the DC Metro area. Her experience both in the federal government and private sector has allowed her to navigate thorny legal issues and solve disputes efficiently. We celebrate her passion for administrative law and for advancing equity in healthcare, transportation, natural resources and the environment.
