Wendt Center Starts New Initiative To Help Schools and Businesses Support Staff During Pandemic

Over the past two years, the pandemic has impacted every aspect of our lives, causing disruptions in school, work, and leisure, disconnection from family and friends, concerns about the impact on the future, and for many, the death of important people in their life. The pandemic has made life less predictable and consistent and this can manifest through decision fatigue, exhaustion, and anxiety. For employers and schools, this can mean staff turnover and moral concerns.

To ameliorate these challenges, the Wendt Center is partnering with businesses, agencies, and schools to identify strategies to support and sustain staff throughout this collective grief experience.

Please email Melissa Sellevaag, msellevaag@wendtcenter.org, to discuss ways the Wendt Center can provide assistance to your agency or business during 2022.
