We Remember Dr. Bruce Sklarew

October 29, 2020
Dr. Burce Sklarew

The Wendt Center is mourning the death of its longtime supporter and former Board member Dr. Bruce Sklarew. Dr. Sklarew will be remembered for his groundbreaking work in developing the Center’s RECOVER program (a unique partnership between the Wendt Center and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner) as well as developing the Center’s “school-based mourning project”, a program that has evolved into the Center’s Resilient Scholars Project. As we mourn his death, we also celebrate a life well lived. Thank you, Dr. Sklarew for your many lasting contributions to the Wendt Center and those we serve.
